Terms & Conditions

Information
Clients are required to provide all necessary information about themselves and any group participants, including details of physical limitations, allergies (in food and wine tours), or other important information to ensure the tour’s quality. A working cell phone number is mandatory for emergency contact or in case of no-show.

Itineraries
DreamScape Lisbon Tours will make every effort to follow the agreed itinerary. However, we are not liable for changes due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic delays, roadworks, or public events. In such cases, we will do our best to minimize the impact.

Delays
DreamScape Lisbon Tours is not liable for a reduced tour if the client is delayed. Clients must be punctual at the meeting point. We will wait up to 30 minutes after the agreed time, after which the booking will be considered a “no-show.”

Liability Waiver
By booking a tour, clients acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks and release DreamScape Lisbon Tours and its guides from any liability. The client assumes all risks associated with the tour, including transportation failures, accidents, illnesses, lost or stolen property, and negligence. This release is binding on the client, their family, group members, minors traveling with them, and their legal representatives.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted by email to dreamscapelisbon@gmail.com. Only cancellations received by email will be valid for review. For cancellations made at least 48 hours before the tour, a full refund will be issued. No refunds are provided for cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour or in case of a no-show. Refunds may incur processing fees.

Alterations
Any alterations to a booking require prior approval from DreamScape Lisbon Tours. While we will try our best to accommodate changes, these are subject to the availability of guides, vehicles, and other factors beyond our control. We are not obligated to accept any changes after the booking is confirmed.
